Vineyard size: 15 hectares

The family Sauer took over the estate from the parents in 1979. Now their sons Daniel and Christian are actively involved in the operation. The appellation Escherndorfer Lump and Fürstenberg are some of the best. Switching to stainless steel tanks and cold fermentation has helped them produce wine varieties with a piquant, fruity bouquet. The Sylvaner plays a special role among their grapes and is grown on 50% of the land

Monday to Friday: 09:00 a.m. to noon and 01:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
