Things are fermenting – and in many different ways – in the Ipsheimer Burg Hoheneck vineyard. The view from the airy pavilion extends far into the plain of the Windsheimer Bucht; the castle towers defiantly above the vineyards of the Keuperstufe. This terroir f is dedicated to winemaking and shows how the young generation of winemakers is moving dynamically and creatively into the future.
