In the Michelbacher Apostelgarten site near Alzenau, this magical place is dedicated to the theme of working in the vineyard - tradition and modernity. Historic vineyard cottages, layered fieldstones and the steep slope itself are witnesses to the hard work in the vineyard. In the midst of this listed vineyard site, from which the view extends into the Kahlgrund to the skyline of Frankfurt, a new vineyard cottage at terroir f now stands out from the setting. Its architecturally bold design of Corten steel corresponds with the historic "stone cottage" which, freshly renovated and in the immediate vicinity of terroir f, is the landmark of Michelbach's viticulture.
The combination of tradition and modernity is taken up by the presentation inside the new vineyard house: it tells of the technological development of viticulture - from manual labor to the use of state-of-the-art technology.
