Experience the wine and culture

WeinKultTour is a wine-hiking trail around the towns of Lindach, Zeilitzheim, Gaibach and Stammheim. Along the trail you can experience the wine and culture of the Kolitzheim area.

The trail offers a lot of variety: meadows, vineyards, asparagus fields, and crab orchards. There are nice seating and rest places alongside the trail offering grand vistas of the surrounding land and inviting you to stay and rest for a while. There are also sightseeing destinations such as the baroque castle in Zeilitzheim, or the Kreuzkapelle Chapel and the Konstitutions Pillar in Gaibach, or the world’s largest Bocksbeutel wine bottle in Stammheim.

Also along the way, there are numerous authentic Franconian inns and taverns as well as modern vinotheques, offering places to rest. The wine towns themselves are a haven of Franconian history. Thanks to a connector trail between Lindach and Zeilitzheim, the trek can be made into a loop hike if desired.
